The team at Bill’s is The Best. I asked for an assessment of brakes, an oil change, and inspection prior to a vacation trip. The mechanic showed me what was observed and pointed out some things to consider but not urgent. They were ready to begin when the appointment was scheduled. I had a follow up question two weeks later and they responded quickly. We have had great service on two cars for 5 years.

Bill and Josh were great and so helpful! They were easy-going and helped me fix a small-scale problem with some corroded screws holding my old out of state license plate. They showed me the southern hospitality I moved back to NC for! Bill kindly waived the cost for me. He and his team have earned my business moving forward! Highly recommend Bill and his team.
